BashFashion is a UK-based online retailer specialising in premium tech accessories, wearables, and lifestyle products. This page covers how we process orders, ship, and handle returns.

Orders & Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 calendar days. Cut-off is 3:00 PM (London time), Monday to Sunday. Public holidays excluded.

Shipping

We ship from logistics centres in China, Hong Kong, the EU, and the US. The origin for each product is on its product page. Delivery takes 5–15 business days from dispatch — see our Shipping Policy and Fulfilment Warehouses for full details including customs and duties.

Returns

30-day change-of-mind returns. 6-month manufacturing fault guarantee. Full details in our Refund Policy.
